Our Method

Our method is beat based. We emphasize cardio intensity, full body strengthening, and mind-body connectivity. At LeBounce we offer a collection of classes to choose from. LeBounce instructors showcase their talents and creativity by building unique, choreographed exercise routines, in sync with their own curated playlists, to produce a one of a kind experience in motion.

LeBounce Experiences

 

Foundations
(Level 1 LXP - 40 minutes)

Never bounced before? Let’s start here learning how to bounce, LeBounce! In this session we introduce ourselves to the soft, multidimensional surface of the trampoline with lite bouncing and the basics of LeBounce. Our BUILD exercises brings even more emphasis to our balance, coordination, and core engagement as we explore the countless ways we can keep it simple and put in work!

 

Classic Bounce
(Level 3 LXP - 50 minutes)

We take the cardio intensity of the experience up another level, by progressing through our signature combos from the start to finish of class. Lite functional training “Build” exercises act as short moments of active recovery between our extended rounds of bounce action. The majority of our 50 minutes is spent on the tramp. We recommend taking 5-7 Level 1 or Level 2 classes before taking Level 3.

 

Build
(50 minutes)

“Build” is our flow oriented, strength training experience where we put together sequences of functional training moves for a full body sweat. Our method is primarily focused on using our own body weight to tone and build strength. We level up with props such as dumbbells, sandbags, resistance bands, and skimmers. “Build” is a great class to boost one’s strength and bodily awareness, acting as a perfect compliment to bounce action.

Bounce Lite
(Level 2 LXP - 45 minutes)

During our Bounce Lite sessions we continue to focus on moves that are essential for learning a combo while gaining more trust and comfort on the tramp. The class consists of 2 rounds of 9-12 minutes of bounce with our functional training “Build” exercises acting as an active recovery and finisher for the experience.
Be ready to break a sweat!

 

LeBounce
(Level 4 LXP - 55 minutes)

Level 4, the official LeBounce Experience (LXP) and our most advanced bounce session. This class will challenge you physically and mentally by quickly learning complex combos at accelerated bpm’s. Additionally, active recoveries in this class are limited, maximizing the cardio intensity and keeping the heart rate up. LeBounce is who we are and what sets us apart. When you think you’re ready, have a chat with your instructor and they’ll let you know.

 

Fusion
(60 minutes)

The best of both worlds. Our “Fusion” session begins with 30 minutes of continuous “Bounce” (Level 3 LXP) followed by 30 minutes of “Build”. This is an awesome class to experience the fusion of “Build” and “Bounce” as compliments of each other. This is our longest class, so be ready to pace yourself, but push yourself.
